We like to serve these on a bed of creamy hummus.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons zaatar seasoning
1 large head cauliflower, cut into ‘steaks’, lengthways
Keep some of the smaller leaves to roast near the end of cooking
Method

Preheat your oven to 180C.

Place the oil and zaatar in a large bowl and whisk until well-combined.

Add the cauliflower and coat well. Do the same for the leaves

Transfer the steaks to a large baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Turn the cauliflower over and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, or until tender and browned on the edges.

For the last 10 minutes add you cauliflower leaves.
